We deliver to large parts of Eastern Norway.

We deliver day and evening to all of Oslo and the neighbouring municipalities of Asker, Bærum, Lier, Drammen, Lillestrøm, Lørenskog, Nittedal, Follo and Rælingen.

In addition, we deliver during the day to Lillehammer, Hamar, Jessheim, Vestby, Moss, Fredrikstad, Sarpsborg, Halden, Larvik, Porsgrunn, Skien, Sandefjord, Tønsberg and the areas in between.

It is possible to pick up balloons at our warehouse in Oslo. Select pick-up and desired pick-up day in the shopping cart. You will receive an email with pick-up instructions once the order has been placed.

We offer various delivery options, with daytime deliveries between 10 AM and 4 PM and evening deliveries between 4 PM and 9 PM, depending on your location. You can pre-order delivery up to a year in advance. If you order before 12:00 PM on weekdays, we can deliver the same day to some postal zones. We also offer express delivery to certain areas. If you require delivery at a specific time or on the weekend, this can be arranged by agreement and for an additional delivery fee. Please contact us for special deliveries and weekend deliveries.

We offer home delivery to large parts of Eastern Norway, including Oslo, Bærum, Asker, Lørenskog, Lillestrøm, Lillehammer, Hamar, Moss, Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad, Halden, Porsgrunn, Skien, Larvik, Sandefjord, Tønsberg, Drammen and all places in between. You can easily check if we deliver to your postcode before ordering.

Logos and advertising balloons without helium can be delivered nationwide.

Yes! It is incredibly fun and original to send a gift in the form of a balloon or several. The year is full of occasions where receiving a balloon delivery is perfect. To mention a few occasions; Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, all birthdays, get well soon to someone who needs it, etc. etc.

The only thing you need to make sure of is to enter the recipient's address at checkout and choose a time slot and date when you know the recipient will be present. You can also add a small delivery instruction if you wish.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return any of our products. All orders are made especially for each individual customer. Therefore, please review your order thoroughly before sending it to us.

However, if the product you receive is broken or damaged, this is considered a complaint.

Our balloons have a floating time of at least 4 days, and in some cases can float for a whole month. Foil balloons last longer than latex balloons.

Did you know that foil balloons can be reused?
If you handle the balloons with care and carefully remove the balloon string, the balloon can be refilled with helium. We sell loose helium tanks at Festkompaniet.no

To some extent! When ordering, you can add a small note if you want a special color for the balloon string or balloon weight. Do you want the balloon string to be short or long? Do you want us to make 1 or more bouquets from your order?

These are typical things we can customize to the extent that we have what you want. We can't promise anything, but we'll try our best.

Customizations can also be made for our personalized balloons, but this often takes a little more time and will often cost a little more. In that case, send us an inquiry by email and we'll see what we can do!

All our balloons are delivered pre-inflated with helium or air, unless otherwise agreed. The balloons are either delivered in a bag or a box. If you have ordered a pre-made bouquet, it will be delivered as shown in the picture. If you would like freestanding balloons or for the balloons to be arranged in a specific way, please specify this.
