3. Enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout — that's all.

Some of our balloons can be customized with personal text — perfect for making the gift even more special. The photo balloon is particularly popular: upload a picture and write your own text directly on the balloon.

⚠️ Important about contact info

Phone number and email are used for tracking links and order information. If you want the recipient to be able to track the delivery, enter the recipient's contact information. If you want to keep the gift a secret, use your own — but make sure the recipient is home during the delivery window.

📦 Delivery to work, hospitals, and special locations

Check in advance that the location accepts balloons. Provide clear delivery instructions: floor, room number, reception, contact person, and phone number. The courier must be able to reach the sender or recipient by phone.

Balloon delivery offers a delivery service where balloons are delivered pre-inflated directly to the recipient — like a flower delivery service, but with balloons. Perfect for surprises from grandparents to grandchildren, long-distance gifts, or when you can't be there yourself. All balloons and bouquets in the shop can be sent as a gift with a personalized card. A new dedicated delivery concept is coming soon.

The phone number and email in the order are used to send out a tracking link and order information. This means:

🎯 Do you want the recipient to be able to track the delivery? Enter the recipient's phone number and email.
🤫 Do you want to keep the gift a secret until it arrives? Use your own contact information — but then it is even more important that you are sure the recipient will be home during the delivery window.

📦 Delivery to workplaces, hospitals, and special locations

If the balloons are to be delivered somewhere other than a private residence, remember to check in advance that the location accepts balloons. Provide clear delivery instructions in the order:

🏢 Floor and room number
🛎️ Reception or front desk
👤 Contact person who will receive it
📞 Phone number for the contact person

📱 The courier must be able to reach the sender or recipient by phone if they cannot find the address or make contact with anyone at the delivery location. Without a valid phone number, we cannot guarantee delivery.
