We deliver to large parts of Eastern Norway.

We deliver day and evening to all of Oslo and the neighboring municipalities of Asker, Bærum, Lier, Drammen, Lillestrøm, Lørenskog, Nittedal, Follo and Rælingen.

In addition, we deliver during the day to Lillehammer, Hamar, Jessheim, Vestby, Moss, Fredrikstad, Sarpsborg, Halden, Larvik, Porsgrunn, Skien, Sandefjord, Tønsberg and the areas in between.

If you have a special order or wish to have it delivered outside our regular coverage area, please send us an email with your request :)

It is possible to collect balloons from our warehouse in Oslo. Choose pick-up and your desired collection day in the shopping cart. You will receive an email with collection instructions once the order has been placed.

We offer various delivery options, with both daytime and evening delivery depending on your location. You can pre-order delivery up to six months in advance.If you order before 12:00 PM on weekdays, we can deliver on the same day to addresses in Oslo and the surrounding area.Please contact us for special deliveries and weekend deliveries.

We offer home delivery to large parts of Eastern Norway, including Oslo, Bærum, Asker, Lørenskog, Lillestrøm, Lillehammer, Hamar, Moss, Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad, Halden, Porsgrunn, Skien, Larvik, Sandefjord, Tønsberg, Drammen and all places in between. You can easily check if we deliver to your postcode before ordering.

We can tailor shipping solutions for the rest of the country. Contact us with information about what you wish to order and to which address.

Yes! It's incredibly fun and original to send a thoughtful gift in the form of a balloon or more. The year is full of occasions where receiving a delivered balloon is perfect. To mention a few occasions: Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, all birthdays, get well soon to someone who needs it, etc. etc...

All you need to do is enter the recipient's address at checkout and choose a time slot and date when you know the recipient will be present. You can also add a small delivery instruction if you wish.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return any of our products. All orders are custom-made for each individual customer. Therefore, please review your order carefully before submitting it to us.

However, if what you receive is broken or damaged, this is considered a complaint.

It depends on the type of balloon you order.

Currently, we only have foil balloons, and these have a floating time of at least 5 days, and in some cases, can float for a whole month.

Did you know that foil balloons can be reused?
If you handle the balloons carefully and gently remove the balloon string, the balloon can be refilled with helium. We sell loose helium tanks at Festkompaniet.no

To some extent! When ordering, you can add a small note if you want a special color for the balloon string or balloon weight. Do you want the balloon string to be short or long? Do you want us to make 1 or more bouquets from your order?

These are typical things we can customize to the extent that we have what you want. We cannot promise anything but we try our best.

If you have no preferences, our balloon experts will put together your balloons as we think they should be :)

For our personalized balloons, adjustments can also be made, but this often takes a little more time and will often cost a little more. In that case, send us an inquiry by email and we will see what we can do!
