Delivery and pick-up

Get your balloons delivered right to your door, to your office, or pick them up from us!

Delivery by courier

We offer various shipping options based on your postal address, the balloons you wish to order, delivery date, and time of day.

We have 2 standard shipping methods:

Daytime delivery between 10 AM - 4 PM
Order before 12 PM for same-day delivery. You can order delivery up to 1 year in advance from our booking calendar.

Evening delivery between 4 PM - 9 PM
Order before 3 PM the day before for delivery the following day. You can order delivery up to 1 year in advance from our booking calendar.

Prices start at NOK 99 for both shipping options. The price will vary based on your postal code and the volume of your order. It is not possible to get delivery at specific times for these shipping options.

For an additional fee, we can deliver at any time of day and at specific times, as well as delivery on Saturday and Sunday. Please contact us in connection with your order, and we will send you a customized shipping product based on your needs.

We also offer express delivery with delivery in up to 3 hours. Contact us for pricing.

Pick-up

You can pick up your balloons free of charge from us at Stasjonsveien 51C, 0771 Oslo (between Røa and Smestad). We are located at the back of the building — drive past and around REMA 1000. We do not have a retail store where you can shop, so pick-up is only for pre-orders. We will send you a message and instructions for pick-up. Pick-up windows are usually between 12 PM and 4 PM.
