Who are we?
Festkompaniet AS operates two brands:
🚚 Ballonglevering.no — Local delivery of pre-inflated balloons and spectacular decorations in Oslo and Eastern Norway. We decorate everything from children's birthdays to large corporate events.
🛍️ Festkompaniet.no — Norway's charming online store for balloons, party decorations, and ornaments. We deliver to customers nationwide and have our physical store at Stasjonsveien 51C in Holmen.
Both brands are operated by the same team in the same premises — two faces, one closely knit team.

Position 1: Driver / Online Store Employee
On-call / Hourly | Flexible start
We need someone who can step in and drive our delivery van when needed. You will deliver balloon decorations around Oslo and Eastern Norway.
What a typical day might look like:
- A full day of deliveries to many locations around the Oslo area
- Or a long trip to Tønsberg, Lillehammer, or other places in Eastern Norway
- You often drive alone, but sometimes with a team member for setup jobs and decor installations — where you also assist
When we work:
- Daytime, but also early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Perfect for a student or someone with a flexible schedule
Occasionally, we need help with other small tasks in the warehouse or store.
We are looking for someone who is:
- 🚗 Confident with traffic and parking in Oslo — able to drive a large delivery van
- ⏰ Punctual and efficient
- 📞 Flexible — we have many regular assignments and some on short notice
- 😊 Friendly — customers meet you when you deliver, and you represent us
Requirements:
- 🚙 Driver's license class B (automatic is fine)
- 🚐 Comfortable driving a large delivery van in the city center and in traffic
Position 2: Decorator / Online Store Employee
100% permanent position | Immediate start
As a Decorator and online store employee, you are the one who creates the magic:
- 🎈 Inflates and builds balloon decorations and bouquets
- 🌸 Works with other types of decor
- ✨ Works in our physical store and meets customers
- 🚐 Assists with delivery by van around Oslo (when needed)
- 📦 Helps with packing, preparation, and warehouse work
We are looking for someone who is:
- 😊 Outgoing and social — you meet customers and teammates daily
- 💪 Self-driven — you get things done without a lot of supervision
- 🎨 Creative and aesthetic — you have an eye for visuals
- 🚀 Eager to learn — we provide full training, no experience required
- 📱 Loves social media (Instagram, TikTok) — bonus if you enjoy helping to create daily content
No experience needed — this could be your first job. The only requirements are that you are self-driven, have a go-getter attitude, and a strong work ethic!
Great advantage if you:
- 🚗 Have a driver's license (class B, automatic is fine)
